SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Small group training is excellent for women who want to be a part of a community, who want to cheer on and be cheered on by their peers and to genuinely have a grand old time while completing their workouts. We invite women to be a little sassy, a bit silly and to be fearlessly themselves.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING FORMATS
When training in Small Groups, you receive up to 3x workouts each week (1x Functional workout, 1x Focused workout and 1x Fast workout. Fusion workouts are offered on Saturdays and weeks where public holidays fall to give you a whole-body immersion).
Small group training works in 12 week blocks, giving you opportunity to measure, track and beat your previous scores at the end of each block, to set, reset and progress every 12 weeks.
Functional
Build real-world strength through movement patterns that improve your daily life, balance, and posture.
This 45-minute class will challenge you to become your strongest, most confident self.
Focused
Build body confidence by targeting the areas you want to strengthen most.
This 45-minute workout focuses on toning arms, thighs, and core to help you feel confident and strong.
Fast
Want a bit of both worlds? I see you! And I raise you a fast 45 with The Fearless Females.
In this 45 minute interval based workout, you will work in stations consisting of both cardio and strength-based exercises, to improve your fitness, FAST!
Fierce
The unique strength and conditioning experience where you lift heavy, move with intent, and push past limits through bold, unconventional training that builds real strength, resilience, and unbelievable confidence.
Fusion
In 45 minutes, embrace a combination of your other 3 favourite training programs! You will experience cardiovascular training, strength training, movement and flexibility requiring a level of energy that pushes your personal limits while taking into account your limitations.
Flow
A slower-paced, mobility and flexibility-focused session designed to help you move better, recover smarter, and improve overall performance, because sometimes the strongest thing you can do is slow it down.
