Fearless Females – Child Supervision
Applies to All Children Under the Age of 16
At Fearless Females, we know that juggling family and fitness is a real thing — and we welcome children under the age of 16 on-site with their parent or guardian. However, their safety and wellbeing are a shared priority, and the following terms must be agreed to before entry:
Terms & Conditions – Applies to All Children Under 16
Parental/Guardian Responsibility:
All children under the age of 16 brought onto site remain the sole responsibility of the parent or guardian with whom they entered. Fearless Females does not assume responsibility for the care or supervision of any children.
Supervision Requirement:
Children must remain within the sight and supervision of their parent or guardian at all times. Children who are mobile must stay a safe distance from all fitness equipment and training areas. This includes remaining behind any barriers or within designated safe zones while classes or training sessions are in progress.
Equipment Safety:
Fitness equipment is designed for adult use only. Children are not permitted to use, touch, or play near any equipment. Parents/guardians must ensure their child does not enter restricted areas or interfere with training in progress.
Injury or Illness on Site:
While we take care to create a safe and inclusive environment, Fearless Females is not liable for any injury, illness, or incident that may occur to a child under 16 while on site. This includes but is not limited to falls, accidental contact with equipment, or interactions with other patrons.
Unwell or Sick Children:
In consideration of our members, staff, and other families, we kindly ask that you do not bring sick or unwell children onto the premises. This includes symptoms such as fever, vomiting, diarrhea, coughing, or any contagious illness.
