Hey, I’m Christine — your coach, your biggest cheerleader, and the founder of Fearless Females.
I’m here to help you feel strong in your body, clear in your mind, and confident in your chaos. With over a decade in the fitness industry, a background in behavioural science, and real-life experience as a mum and business owner, I get what it means to be busy and still want more for yourself.
That’s why I created this space — for women like you, who are done with the pressure, the “bounce back” culture, and the one-size-fits-all fitness fluff.
As a qualified Fitness Coach (Cert III & IV) and Nutrition Coach, I take a holistic, no-BS approach. That means:

🥗 Nutrition coaching that supports your body without restriction or guilt
I help women ditch the diet rollercoaster and learn how to fuel themselves with balance — no cutting carbs, no tiny meals, no eating “perfectly.” Just real food, real strategies, and support that actually sticks.
With additional training in Behavioural Science, Hypnotherapy, and Timeline Therapy, I coach from the head, the heart, and the trenches of real experience.
You’ll find me in the studio dancing between sets, reminding you to eat the damn carbs, or cuddling your toddler mid-session while cheering you on.
