1:1 Training is essential for those women who are brand new to the training space, who may feel self-conscious exercising with and around others, and who would just like that special time to themselves. The option to train online via video call means even amongst the chaos of life, kids, travel, etc you still have access to workout from literally anywhere.
THE ESSENTIAL 1:1 TRAINING IS FOR YOU IF…
You’re self-motivated between 1:1 sessions
You’re brand new to training.
You prefer a private, more focused training session due to feeling self-conscious or just wanting dedicated time that’s all about you.
You need specialised attention due to complex needs.
You can’t make it into the gym but still want to work with a personal trainer in a 1:1 capacity (available online).
